Retail software maker iRipple declares cash dividend


iRipple, Inc., an information technology solutions company, announced on Wednesday it will release P2.3 million worth of cash dividends to its stockholders.
 
The cash dividend is equivalent to P0.15 per share.
 
iRipple said stockholders on record as of April 16 are entitled to the cash dividend, chief information officer Venice Ann Alluso said in a letter to the Philippine Stock Exchange.
 
The payment date is on May 11, 2012.
 
The company, formerly known as Ripple e-Business International Inc., is a retail software solutions provider established in 2000. It was listed in the local bourse in 2009.
