Toyota to build after-sales tech school in Sta. Rosa 

Toyota Motor Philippines Corp. will put up a world-class technical school for after-sales technicians Santa Rosa, Laguna, the first of its kind in the world for the Japanese carmaker.

 

The school "aims to produce excellent technical professionals to serve both domestic and global requirements of the automotive after-sales service industry," the company said in a statement Wednesday.

 

It will start holding classes next year.

 

Toyota will break ground for the school next month, with company officials from the Philippines and Japan attending the event, the statement read, noting it will coincide with the 20th anniversary of Toyota Autoparts Philippines.
