AirAsia launches free seats promo

AirAsia Inc., operator of Philippines' AirAsia, on Monday said it is launching a free seats promo for domestics and international destinations starting Tuesday, Jan. 15. 

 

Clients can star booking at 1 a.m. Tuesday by logging on to www.airasia.com for an extended travel period between Aug. 20, 2013 and Feb. 9, 2014, AirAsia Commercial head Freddy Herrera said in an e-mailed statement.

 

The airline is also offering promo fares to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur for P899.

 

“With our promo fares, more and more people are benefiting from AirAsia’s extensive route network which covers 20 countries and 80 destinations,” Herrera noted.

 

With the high traffic expected on its website, AirAsia said guest should exercise patience when booking promo seats. 

 

The airline also suggested that clients try booking using AirAsia's new mobile phone apps which can be downloaded at the Apple App Store for iPhones , or from Google Play Store for Android phones. For wap enabled phones, the companies asked clients to go to mobile.airasia.com. — VS, GMA News
