MIAA: 2 flights canceled Dec. 13 due to bad weather

At least two flights were canceled Saturday due to bad weather conditions, the Manila International Airport Authority said.

 

The MIAA, in an initial tweet, said the affected flights belonged to Philippine Airlines Express.
