Eton Properties registers 77% higher Q1 net income


Eton Properties Philippines saw its net income grow by 77 percent to P50.92 million in the first quarter of the year from P28.80 million a year earlier.
 
Revenues totaled P644.46 million for the three-month period, up 20 percent P539.14 million in the comparable period, the real estate arm of the LT Group reported on Wednesday.
 
Rental income increased by 97 percent to P257.96 million from P131.23 million, on the back of higher income from commercial centers Centris Station and Centris Walk in Quezon City as well as four business process outsourcing (BPO) offices. 
 
The company expects its net income for the whole of 2015 overtaking the P119.86 million booked last year. – Keith Richard Mariano/VS, GMA News
