Cosco Capital acquires RFC Mall

Businessman Lucio L. Co’s Cosco Capital Inc. has acquired RFC Mall in Alabang Zapote, the company reported to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Thursday.

 

The newly-acquired mall is around 7,600 square meters (sqm) and has a gross floor area of 23,000 sqm.

 

“The Cosco group expects to add to the programmed expansion of three community malls in the next one to two years,” the company said.

 

The firm earlier said its net income attributable to equity holders for 2014 reached an all-time high of P4.01 billion or 20 percent higher than the P3.33 billion in 2013.

 

Formerly known as Alcorn Gold Resources Inc., Cosco is now the holding company for Co’s retail business that include Puregold Price Club Inc. – Jon Viktor Cabuenas/VS, GMA News
