Meralco to cut power in Lucena, Pasig, Parañaque, Pampanga

Due to the maintenance works scheduled by the Manila Electric Company (Meralco), residents in some parts of Pampanga province and the cities of Lucena and Pasig will experience power interruptions on Monday, while some parts of Parañaque will have no electricity on Tuesday.

The power distributor is replacing rotten and tilting poles, do line maintenance work and install additional devices for protection against lightning.

The areas that will experience power interruptions are:

In Pamapanga between 9 a.m. and 12 noon:

Portion of Candaba – San Rafael Provincial Road from near Vizal San Pablo Barangay Road to (and including) Delfin P. Mempin St. and Sitio 1 and 2 in barangays Pulong Gubat and Vizal Sto. Cristo.

In Pasig City between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Portion of Kaimito St. from Atis St. to Balimbing St., including Avocado St. in Valle Verde I Subdivision.

In Lucena City between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Portion of Hills View Solcom Ville Subdivision in Barangay Mayao Crossing.

In Parañaque between 11 p.m. on Monday and 4 a.m. on Tuesday

Portion of Dina Timbangan St. from Quirino Ave. to (and including) De Guzman St. and Malvar St. in Barangay Don Galo.
