Cebu Pacific management, the Manila International Airport Authority, Civil Aeronautics Board and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines have already met to find an immediate solution to the issue.
The management of Cebu Pacific also advised passengers that there will be more delays and cancelations because of the upgrade.
Still, the airline guaranteed compensation for inconvenienced passengers under the Air Passenger Bill of Rights. — Andrei Medina/JDS, GMA News
