Megaworld to speed up construction of buildings in Eastwood

Developer Megaworld Corp. on Wednesday said it will be speeding up the construction of two more towers at the Eastwood City in Libis, Quezon City that will be suited for business process outsourcing companies. The two towers are the Global One Center and the Eastwood LeGrand. The 20-storey Global One Center will add another 42,000 square meters of office space in Eastwood, which is an economic zones. The cost for the development of the project is P1.5 billion. Global One Center will have 24/7 infrastructure for mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, lifeline and fire safety, as well as 500 parking slots in two basement and five podium parking levels. Near the Global One Center is the Eastwood LeGrand, Megaworld’s newest residential offering in the area. The 38-storey Eastwood LeGrand is expected to complement the Global One Center with its urban village concept . Eastwood LeGrand offers executive studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, with or without balcony. The building's seventh floor is dedicated to an Olympic-size pool, a sun deck, lounge area, children’s playground, wading pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring modern exercise facilities and other amenities for the exclusive use of unit owners. - GMANews.TV
