Schedule of banks on Oct. 30-Nov. 1, 2017
Most banks are closed on All Saints' Day, November 1, but several lenders will be open to serve clients on October 31.
Malacañang has included October 31 on the list of special holidays this year, supposedly to give time for families to prepare for All Saints' Day.
Below is a list of the operating hours during the two-day holiday.
BDO Unibank Inc.
Select branches are open with regular operating hours on October 31, but operations will cease on November 1.
Bank of the Philippine Islands
All branches and kiosks will be closed on October 31 to November 1.

Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co.
All branches will be closed on October 31 and November 1.
Check deposits and payments received after the cut-off on October 30 will be processed and credited on November 2.
Philippine National Bank
Select branches will be open on both October 31 and November 1.
Philippine Savings Bank
All payroll crediting on October 31 and November 1 will proceed, but clearing will be suspended on the same days.
Checks received after the cut-off time on October 30 will be processed on November 2, while maturities on October 31 and November 1 will be processed on November 2.
Security Bank Corp.
Branches will be closed on October 31 and November 1.
Union Bank of the Philippines
All branches will be closed on October 31 and November 1.
United Coconut Planters Bank
