Century Properties says it expects P13B from Batulao Artscapes

Century Properties Group Inc. on Tuesday said it is slated to reap some P13 billion in presales proceeds from the second phase of Batulao Artscapes in Batangas.

In a regulatory filing submitted by Isabelita Sales, Century Properties chief information and compliance officer, the company said it is offering around 1,700 residential units.

“We will start the presale of the second phase in a few weeks,” Century Properties Leisure and Hospitality Inc. president Tim Hallett said.

CPLHI is the leisure, tourism, and hospitality business unit of the group, which launched Batulao Artscapes in December 2017.

The development is located within a 142-hectare artventure community which has four villages: Cluster, Commune, Collection, and Curated.

It is primarily positioned for active retirees and established families looking for design-driven homes outside Metro Manila.

“Filipino names lead the roster for Batulao Artscapes’ first three villages: Architect Ed Calma’s Polygonal Successions for the Cluster Village, designer Kenneth Cobonpue’s Hedera Homes for the Commune Village, and Budji+Royal Architecture+Design of Budji Layug and Royal Pineda for the Collection Village featuring their Tranche and Facet Homes,” the company noted.

Century Properties Group partnered with Revolution Precrafted, a global manufacturer of design-driven spaces, for the project which is expected to be completed in 2021. —Jon Viktor Cabuenas/VDS, GMA News
