AirAsia giving away one year free flight on FB live chat Tuesday

Budget carrier AirAsia is giving away free flights for one year to an individual chosen from a Facebook live chat on Tuesday evening.

The airline is streaming a live video on its Facebook page from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., featuring AirAsia Group CEO Tony Fernandes and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.

“Those keen on trying their luck at winning free AirAsia flights for one year only have to answer three questions that will be given out during the one-hour show,” the airline said in a statement.

“Simply collect all three questions and submit your answers in the comments section of the Facebook live video when the host calls for submissions.”

The winner will be announced after the show, as well as low fare “hacks” from AirAsia Group Berhad independent non-executive director Neelofa and Malaysia’s Nabil Ahmad.

AirAsia said select viewers have the chance to win other prizes such as limited edition merchandise autographed by footballer Roberto Carlos.

Earlier, AirAsia Philippines said it hopes to push through with an initial public offering (IPO) on the Philippine Stock Exchange this year. —VDS, GMA News
