Solane, Phoenix announce rollback in LPG price effective Thursday

Phoenix LPG Philippines and Solane on Wednesday announced it would slash the prices of its liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) products starting Thursday.

In an advisory, Phoenix LPG said it will rollback the price of its Phoenix Super LPG by P7.50 per kilogram.

Likewise, Solane said it will decrease the price of its Solane-branded LPG by P7.46 per kilogram.

The price adjustments will take effect 6 a.m. on November 1.

Petron has earlier announced it would reduce the prices of its LPG products effective Thursday. 

According to the latest data available from the Department of Energy (DOE), prices of 11-kilogram cylinders of LPG in the country currently range from P650.00 to P865.00. —Ted Cordero/NB, GMA News
