Ayala Land to launch three more Seda hotels in 2019

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) on Monday said it is on track to launch at least three more Seda brand hotels next year to reach a total of 3,268 rooms across the country by 2020.

The Seda developer said it is on track to expand its capacity by adding 1,405 rooms under its portfolio.

The brand is expanding into serviced residences, resorts, and large city formats to tap the MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions) market and weddings in addition to business and leisure, said Seda sales and marketing director Melissa Carlos.

Seda’s current portfolio includes properties in Bonifacio Global City, Cagayan de Oro, Davao City, Laguna, Iloilo, Quezon City, Bacolod, Cebu, and Palawan. —Jon Viktor Cabuenas/VDS, GMA News
