BPI ATM, other services to be unavailable on Apr. 5-7, 2019
Several electronic and automated teller machine (ATM) services of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) will be unavailable from April 5 to 7, 2019.
In an advisory, BPI said it will undergo a major systems upgrade from 10 p.m. of Friday, April 5 to 5 a.m. of April 7, Sunday, to "enhance client experience."
"During this time, our online banking, mobile app, Bizlink platform, ATMs and CAMs (cash accept machines), as well as debit and prepaid card services will be temporarily unavailable," the bank said.
To accommodate clients' immediate banking needs during the ongoing system upgrade, select branches will be open on April 6 and 7.
For the complete list of branches open during the said period, BPI told clients to visit its website.
"We encourage our clients to plan their transactions accordingly," it said. —Ted Cordero/KG, GMA News
