AirAsia launches Manila-Bacolod flights

Budget carrier AirAsia on Thursday announced that it is now offering direct flights from Manila to Bacolod City, commencing October 27, 2019.

To celebrate the launching of its new thrice-daily Bacolod-Manila flight service, the airline is offering all-in promotional fares from as low as P590 for BIG Loyalty Members and P657 for non-members from September 12 to 21, 2019 for travel between October 27, 2019 and February 29, 2020.

Known as the "City of Smiles," Bacolod in the northwestern part of Negros island  is a destination rich in food, heritage sites, and ancestral homes.

It's also the home of the annual Masskara Festival, which is held on the fourth Sunday of October.
