Gasoline, diesel, kerosene prices to be hiked Tuesday

Pump prices of petroleum products would be hiked anew this week, following last week's rollback.

In an advisory, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. said they would increase prices per liter of gasoline by P0.30, diesel by P0.65, and kerosene by P0.50.

Petro Gazz said they too would implement similar adjustments, excluding kerosene which it does not carry.

The changes would take effect 6 a.m. on Tuesday, December 3.

Other firms had yet to make any announcements for the week.

According to the latest data available from the Department of Energy (DOE), as of November 12, year-to-date adjustments stand at a net increase of P5.89 per liter for gasoline, P3.52 for diesel, and P0.75 for kerosene. — Jon Viktor Cabuenas/DVM, GMA News
