Gasoline, diesel, kerosene prices down Tuesday


Pump prices of petroleum products will be rolled back this week, following last week's price increase.

In separate advisories, Chevron Philippines Inc. (Caltex), Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., and SEAOIL Philippines Inc. said they will reduce prices per liter of gasoline by P0.55, diesel by P1.15, and kerosene by P0.60.

Petro Gazz, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. will implement the same changes, excluding kerosene which it does not carry.

The changes will take effect 6 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21 except for Caltex that will implement the changes 12:01 a.m. the same day.

According to the latest data available from the Department of Energy (DOE), year-to-date adjustments now stand at a net decrease of P15.07 per liter for gasoline, P14.09 for diesel, and P18.95 for kerosene.
