Pump prices of diesel and kerosene will be hiked for the third straight week on Tuesday, while those of gasoline will be kept unchanged following last week's big-time increase.

Cleanfuel, Petro Gazz, PTT Philippines Corp., and Unioil Petroleum Philippines Inc. will implement the same changes, excluding kerosene whichthey do not carry.

The changes will take effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24 except for Cleanfuel which will implement the changes 4:01 p.m. and Caltex at 12:01 a.m. the same day. Other firms have yet to make similar announcements for the week.

This follows last week's price adjustments — more than P1-per-liter increase for pump prices of gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.

Latest data available from the Department of Energy shows that year-to-date adjustments stand at a net decrease of P4.62 per liter for gasoline, P9.36 per liter for diesel, and P12.59 per liter for kerosene. — RSJ/LDF, GMA News
