Skyway 3's proposed toll ranges from P110 to P274

While traversing the newly-opened Skyway Stage 3 is free at the moment, San Miguel Corp. (SMC) will be charging fees by the end of the month pending approval from the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB).

To recall, SMC soft-opened Skyway Stage 3 on December 29, 2020 and announced it will be free for motorists for one month.

On January 15, the 18-kilometer elevated toll road’s seven lanes officially opened.

A petition by SMC unit Central Metro Manila Skyway Corp. published on the TRB’s shows the proposed toll rate matrix for Skyway Stage 3.

The petition shows that toll fees range from P110 to P274 depending on the length of the trip from entry point to exit point.

For example, those coming from Buendia going to North Luzon Expressway will pay P274. Travel from NLEX going to Buendia will be charged the same.

The proposed toll rates are still awaiting approval from the TRB.—LDF, GMA News
