Bank schedules for Chinese New Year 2021

Local banks have released their banking schedule for the Chinese New Year holiday on Friday, February 12, 2021.

Below is a list of lenders that have announced so far:

BDO Unibank Inc. Select branches will be open up to 4:00 p.m. See the list here.

Security Bank Corp. All branches nationwide will be closed.

Other banks have yet to make announcements.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) earlier this week reminded that employees who report to work on the special non-working holiday should be paid an additional 30% of their basic wage in the first eight hours.
