LIST: Operating AirAsia flights during NCR Plus ECQ extension

Budget carrier AirAsia Philippines on Monday reiterated that only essential travelers will be allowed in their flights within NCR (National Capita Region) Plus while the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) is imposed.

"AirAsia will continuously monitor the situation and make sure our guests will be able to fly home safely," AirAsia spokesperson Steve Dailisan said, noting that guests should regularly check their flight status.

The country reimposed the ECQ, the strictest possible restrictions, in the NCR Plus Bubble from March 29. This was initially scheduled to last in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan until April 4, but was extended for at least another week to April 11.—LDF, GMA News
