Saudia posts travel guide for 38 countries, including the Philippines
The Philippine Consulate in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudia Arabia has announced that the Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) issued travel guidelines and requirements for 38 countries with a high number of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases.
The list, which includes the Philippines, was posted before the borders are re-opened on the 17th of May 2021.
"Before departure, Saudia requires travellers to obtain a PCR test result certificate from an accredited screening center in the Kingdom," the consular office announced in a memorandum posted early Thursday morning.
"Before returning to the Kingdom, travellers have to quarantine at home for seven days and take a PCR test at the end of the week. Children under 8 are exempt."
The countries included in the list are:
