This job listing welcomes Life Changers from all walks of life

Allianz life changers diversity

Organizations promoting workforce diversity and inclusivity ensure a broader range of skills and experiences. As the insurance industry welcomes people of all lives and backgrounds for a fulfilling career as a Financial Advisor, agencies that instill equality give job-seekers the chance to change their lives with better opportunities.

If you love to learn and experience diverse perspectives by accepting and embracing differences, apply now to the Allianz Life Changer program by keying in your details through the sign-up ad in this article and start securing lives with a fulfilling career.

Age is just a number

Equality is present when all applicants get a fair chance to equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, location, religion, or culture. At Allianz PNB Life, employing Filipinos from different walks of life and making their backgrounds a good fit in the organization is a major driving force behind the success of each Life Changer.

Veterans may not be tech-savvy, but they have years of experience one can never gauge. Agency Leader (AL) Stella Montinola of the Lifelinkers Lynx has been in the industry for the past 15 years, recalling, “When I see the happy faces of the children, knowing that their parents prepared a legacy for them, it’s the reason why I chose this career.”

Her strong work ethics and communication skills are just a few reasons why the Lifelinkers Lynx Agency opened an opportunity for her.

“There’s a big responsibility to see to it that the investments of the people who trust me are secured, and well-taken care of. I'm just very new to the company, but this industry has made me stronger when facing rejection and resilient to difficulties,” AL Stella said.

Agency Partner (AP) Marvin Quidasol of Lyra Agency is another proof that age is just a number, “We are in the 20 to 60 age bracket. I think I’m alone in the upper [bracket], but seeing my clients reach their goals through my financial advice is priceless.”

Despite being at an advanced age in his first year of becoming a Financial Advisor, AP Marvin made it to the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a global association of the world's leading financial services professionals from over 70 countries. He made it possible by demonstrating his outstanding professional knowledge and client service.

“If you want to join Allianz, you need to have a degree in storytelling. But kidding aside, my friends tell me that they are convinced to get policies from me because of my storytelling,” AP Marvin revealed.

Meanwhile, AP Rhea Chong of Monoceros Agency is confident to work even at a young age, knowing that Allianz PNB Life embraces diversity, “Allianz guided me to adulthood and the responsibilities it entails. Now, a big chunk of my income goes to my savings and investments.”

Being young is never a hindrance in dealing with her personal finance, as well as giving sound financial advice to her clients, “Active listening is really important to learning. When I got my own policy, my friends believed in my decisions. As they say, you cannot teach if you don’t practice.”

Diversity creates a melting pot of perspectives

Inclusion happens when deeper engagement and belongingness to the workplace becomes the norm, no matter who you are. Putting together people who see the same thing differently makes a melting pot of new ideas that improve everyone’s creativity.

Life Linkers Lynx Agency Leader, visual artist, and LGBTQ advocate, Matt Poonin, represents the people who are now getting access to inclusive opportunities and insurance products for the unserved or underserved.

AL Matt maintains that securing the future of her clients can be comparable to an artwork because, “There are some things you can’t explain into words that you can explain through your art: the fact that you help your clients achieve their goals – these are both so fulfilling and rewarding.”

From one advocacy to another, Vela Agency Leader Evelyn Loyzaga-Ignacio switched her cruise ship job to be a nurturing mother while working with Allianz, “I used to be a waitress in a fine dining cruise line. At that time, I could not be with my three Marias. I did not regret finishing my 11 years with cruise [ship] because I enjoy so much na kasama sila [to be with them].”

AL Evelyn advocates women empowerment by future-proofing the ones they love, believing that, “Even in my comfort zone as a mother, I can still pursue a career that transforms lives.”

Talking about empowerment, Gemini Agency Partner Kisses Pulido wears two hats as a Life Changer of Allianz and a life changer to her employees, “As a small business owner myself, nakikita ko 'yung [I see the] importance ng [of] insurance. Not only for my business but also for my staff.”

AP Kisses juggles two roles and merges them to educate about financial literacy, “I tell my people that financial planning helps by saving them from the future heartache of what they cannot do for their family if they are not prepared for the emergencies and other unexpected life happenings.”

Diversity is about welcoming people from different backgrounds, which begins with the hiring process. It’s always a conscious and continuous effort to consider differences and reflect on various attitudes when one becomes a Life Changer.

By joining the Allianz Life Changer hiring program, diversity and inclusivity create a more accepting culture at Allianz PNB Life with a strong positive impact on their clients.
