Former ICTSI EVP tapped as Prime Infra Board Director
Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc. over the weekend announced the appointment of Martin O’Neil as its board director, taking over from Rafael “Joel” Consing Jr. who was tapped as Presidential Adviser on Investment and Economic Affairs.
In a statement, Prime Infra said O’Neil — who previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of International Container Terminal Services Inc. — was named board director and senior financial advisor to the Prime Infra management.
“Martin brings with him a depth of expertise to help execute Prime Infra’s strategic priorities in expanding the business, focusing on solidifying the company’s capital strength to maximize value for our stakeholders,” Prime Infra Chairman Enrique Razon Jr. said.
Razon was among the Philippine business leaders who flew to Switzerland for meetings during the World Economic Forum (WEF), along with Sabin Aboitiz, Ramon Ang, Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, Lance Gokongwei, Kevin Tan, and Teresita Sy-Coson.
