AirAsia offers P22 one-way base fare promo as it opens flights to Tokyo
Budget carrier AirAsia Philippines on Wednesday announced a P22 one-way base fare promo as part of its successful opening of flights to Tokyo, Japan this month.
In a statement, AirAsia said it made its maiden flight to Tokyo on February 1, 2023 which took off at the NAIA Terminal 3 at 4:15 a.m. and arrived at Narita International Airport at 9:45 am (Japan Standard Time).
The return flight departed Narita at 11:25 a.m. and landed at NAIA Terminal at 2:55 p.m. (local time).
To mark the opening of its flight to Tokyo, AirAsia launched a P22 one-way base fare as part of the “2.2 Red Hot Sale.”
The airline said the “2.2 Red Hot Sale” is available for booking until February 5, 2023 for a “travel period extending from now until October 11, 2023.”
AirAsia said other international destinations on sale include Osaka, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bali, and Kaohsiung.
Sale destinations locally include Caticlan, Tagbilaran, Bacolod, Cagayan, and Iloilo.
“Our maiden flight to Tokyo is just one of the many regional destinations we plan to open this first quarter of the year as we aim to fully restore our international capacity in coming months," AirAsia Philippines CEO Ricky Isla said.
