San Miguel Brewery moves listing date to May 12

MANILA, Philippines- San Miguel Brewery Inc. has postponed the date of its maiden listing to May 12 from April 22. The company did not give a reason for the postponement. San Miguel Brewery, the beer-making unit of food and beverage giant San Miguel Corp., made the announcement Friday in a statement to the Philippine Stock Exchange. The company said its initial public offering will now run from April 28 to May 6. The final offer price will be fixed on April 24. The shares will be offered at a price range of between P8.00 and P15.40 each. San Miguel Brewery is planning to list up to 14.5 billion common shares, of which up to 1.78 billion or about 12 percent will be sold to the public. - GMANews.TV
