Dollar-dispensing ATMs deployed at some UnionBank branches

UnionBank has deployed dollar-dispensing ATMs in at least three locations.

According to a press release, UnionBank installed its first dollar-dispensing machine on July 6 at its head office in Pasig City.

Shortly afterwards, the second and third were installed at its Greenhills and Cebu Wealth branches.

The bank said that the said ATMs will dispense US dollars in $100 bills with no withdrawal fees.

It said it would deploy more dollar-dispensing ATMs in areas "frequented by UnionBank US Dollar account holders with intensive US dollar transaction requirements." —NB, GMA Integrated News
