'Funds are safe,' says GCash amid app issues

GCash on Monday assured customers that their funds were safe amid problems in accessing some services of the mobile wallet.

In an advisory, GCash asked the users to bear with them as they work on getting the services back up.

"You may be experiencing intermittent access to some of our services. Please bear with us as we’re working on getting them back up as quickly as possible," it said.
