GCash back on Google Play Store

After being inaccessible for download for several hours, mobile wallet GCash is now available again on the Google Play Store for Android users.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), GCash said it is back on the Google Play Store.

In an earlier post, the mobile wallet said it was updating some features of its app for Android users and was closely working with Google to make it available on the Play Store again.

The mobile wallet also said that accounts and funds would remain safe and secure while it worked with Google to make the app available on the platform again.

It also said that its services would continue to be accessible.

While GCash was unavailable on the Google Play Store, it remained available on the Apple App Store and Huawei App Gallery.

“Remember to only download GCash from official sources: Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery,” it said. – VBL, GMA Integrated News
