The stakeholders are asking the reasons for increasing fees on passenger processing, landing and takeoff, and biometric processing, and are seeking a deeper consultation with the government with transparency and accountability moving forward, as reported on GMA Super Radyo DZBB.
Under its mandate, the MIAA is tasked to formulate and adopt internationally acceptable standards of airport accommodation services, upgrade and provide safe and efficient airport facilities, and help encourage and promote international and domestic air traffic in the country. — Jon Viktor D.
