Aboitiz Infra pouring P4 billion into Biz Hub expansion in Batangas

Aboitiz InfraCapital is spending P4 billion to expand its master-planned business district located within its LIMA Estate economic zone in Batangas.

In a news release on Tuesday, Aboitiz InfraCapital said LIMA Estate is planning to expand the 40-hectare master-planned business district Biz Hub to 70 hectares.

Biz Hub sits within the nearly 1,000-hectare LIMA Estate in Lipa-Malvar—which currently accommodates 180 locators, 71,000 employees, and over 4,000 households

Aboitiz InfraCapital said the expansion of BizHub would further solidify LIMA Estate's role as a catalyst for progress in Southern Luzon, driving the region's economic transformation and enhancing its competitiveness on a national and global scale.
