India-based Hexaware expands presence in PH, opens Manila hub
Hexaware Technologies, an IT services and solutions provider based in Navi Mumbai, India, is expanding its presence in the Philippines with the opening of a second hub.
In a news release, Hexaware said that the new Manila delivery center, located in Bonifacio Global City, will provide customer service, IT troubleshooting, and help desk support.
Its first hub is located in the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.
“We are thrilled to open our new office. The Philippines' talent pool across a broad range of skills and service-oriented culture aligns with our goal of delivering a quality customer experience,” said Gopinath Manian, senior vice president of business process services at Hexaware.
The office in Manila is part of Hexaware’s plan to increase its employee count and strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
