Pocket Communities allots P350M to develop affordable housing in Nasugbu


Housing developer Pocket Communities Corp. is setting aside P350 million to develop an affordable housing community in Nasugbu, Batangas.

In a news release on Wednesday, Pocket Communities said it broke ground for its latest housing project “The Wave Residences” in the Nasugbu town last Aug. 2, 2024.

The 2.6-hectare Wave Residences is situated in Barangay 11.

The housing project will be composed of 122 housing units priced from P6 to P9 million.  

“Total project investment is P350 million, with the projected revenue of P700 million,” said Pocket Communities chief operating officer Red Rosales.

Rosales said that The Wave Residences’ completion is seen within three years. 

The Wave Residences is poised to transform Nasugbu’s landscape, offering residents a harmonious blend of modern living and natural beauty, according to Pocket Communities.

The housing developer said the project is strategically located to provide easy access to essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
