DigiPlus included in UK’s FTSE indices

Electronic gaming firm DigiPlus Interactive Corp. on Tuesday announced its inclusion in the lists being tracked by British stock market indices provider FTSE.

In a statement, DigiPlus said it will be included in the FTSE All-Cap Index and FTSE Total-Cap Index, effective March 21, 2025.

The e-gaming company said its progression to these broader indices, from the FTSE Microcap Index in 2024, “reflects its increased market capitalization, enhanced liquidity, and strengthened position within the investment landscape.”

The FTSE All-Cap Index tracks large, mid, and small-cap companies, serving as a key benchmark for global investors.

Meanwhile, the FTSE Total-Cap Index extends this coverage to include micro-cap companies, collectively representing over 99% of the global investable market capitalization.

DigiPlus said its inclusion in the FTSE indices places it among companies that meet the highest standards of market capitalization and liquidity, further enhancing its visibility to institutional investors worldwide.

“Being included in the FTSE All-Cap and Total-Cap Indices reflects the strength of our fundamentals and the momentum we have built over the past year. This milestone reinforces our position in the broader investment community, opening new opportunities to further scale our business and create lasting value for our shareholders,” said DigiPlus chairman Eusebio Tanco.
