Cebu Pacific launches Labor Day seat sale

Budget carrier Cebu Pacific on Thursday announced one-way promotional base fares for as low as P188 for domestic flights and P999 for international flights, in celebration of the Labor Day.

In an advisory, the carrier said the promotional fares, exclusive of fees and surcharges, will be available from May 1 to 5 with a travel period of June 1 to October 31 for domestic flights, and from May 1 to 15 with a travel period of May 1 to October 31 for international flights.

The carrier operates in 37 domestic and 26 international domestic destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

Cebu Pacific last July announced plans to purchase over 150 aircraft from Airbus for $24 billion or P1.4 trillion, making the biggest aircraft order in Philippine aviation history.

The company earlier said it expected to close 2024 with 95 aircraft, which will boost its full-year 2024 seat capacity by 12% to 15% compared with 2023. —AOL, GMA Integrated News
