LIST: Bank schedules for PH Independence Day 2025

Most branches of Philippine banks will be closed on Thursday, June 12, in celebration of the country’s Independence Day, but their digital banking services and automated teller machines (ATMs) will continue to be available.

Below are advisories from lenders that have so far announced their schedules for Thursday, which was earlier declared by Malacañang as a regular holiday:

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI): All branches will be closed.

BDO Unibank Inc.: Select branches will be open.

Land Bank of the Philippines: Branches will be closed, but select branches will extend their banking hours until 5 p.m. on June 11, 13, and 16, 2025.



Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank): All branches will be closed.

Philippine National Bank (PNB): Select branches will be open.

Security Bank Corp.: All branches will be closed.
