Globe bolsters customer engagement with new, expanded physical stores

Globe has vowed to strengthen its customer engagement strategy with the opening and expansion of its physical stores in different parts of the country.

“Whether they are online or offline, we will be there for them. We will continue to study where our customers truly need us for face-to-face interaction and we’ll meet them there,” said Globe President and CEO Carl Cruz.

In a statement, Globe said improved physical stores will provide customers expert support, device upgrades, and seamless assistance.

Globe recently reopened and upgraded its store in Robinsons Manila, providing frontline service support to lifestyle-driven mobile and broadband solutions.

The telecom further adopted agile store formats in regional areas to improve its presence and assist local communities and micro-entrepreneurs, including the Globe Microshop in Boracay and the TM Tindahan in Vigan.

Its latest addition is the TM Tindahan in Sorsogon City to eliminate the need for long travel to access support.

A pop-up store was also launched in Bohol that will serve as a hub for next-generation digital solutions and in-person service delivery.

“We’re not just delivering products, but we’re building stronger relationships with our customers and stakeholders nationwide. It’s about earning the right to stay relevant in the daily lives of Filipinos, one personalized interaction at a time,” Cruz said.—Jamil Santos/AOL, GMA Integrated News
