Most banks closed on Oct. 31, Nov. 1, 2025

Most banks are closed on October 31 and November 1 for All Saints' Day, except for select branches, according to notices issued by the bank.

BPI

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), in an advisory, said that “all branches will be closed on October 31, 2025, a special non-working holiday.”

“Branches with a Saturday banking schedule will also be closed on November 1, 2025 in observance of All Saints’ Day,” BPI said.

BDO

BDO Unibank Inc., meanwhile, said all of its branches will be open until 3 p.m of October 31. 

On November 1, 2025, all of BDO’s branches will be closed.

Security Bank

“All our branches nationwide will be closed on October 31, 2025 and November 1, 2025 in observance of All Saints’ Day,” Security Bank said.

Chinabank

China Banking Corp. (Chinabank) said its selected branches will be open on October 31, 2025. Click here for the complete list of open branches

For November 1, all Chinabank branches are closed.

Landbank

Land Bank of the Philippines said all its branches are closed on October 31, while its ATMs and digital banking channels remain open.

DBP

The Development Bank of the Philippines also announced all its branches and branch-lite units are closed on October 31.
