Razon’s ICTSI nets $289.71 million in Q3 2025

Razon-led port operator International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) posted double-digit growth in both its top and bottom line for the third quarter of the year, as the company reported higher volumes and improved operations with higher trade activity during the period.

In a regulatory filing, ICTSI said its third-quarter net income grew 25% to $289.71 million, and its attributable net income by 26% to $267.72 million. Gross revenues increased 20% to $827.74 million.

This brought the year-to-date net income up 17% to $813.77 million, and attributable net income up 19% to $751.56 million, as gross revenues increased 16% to $2.337 billion.

This comes as the consolidated volume climbed 11% to 10.687 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) from 9.604 million TEUs in the same period last year, mainly due to the improvement in trade activities across all regions the company operated in.

“This growth, alongside a 16% increase in revenue from port operations, demonstrates the resilience of our business and operational excellence,” ICTSI chairman and president Enrique Razon said.

“As we continue to invest in strategic expansions and pursue new opportunities across the Americas, Asia, and EMEA, we remain committed to driving sustainable growth and innovation throughout our global network. Looking ahead, ICTSI is well-positioned to build on this momentum and deliver long-term value,” he added.

One of the world's largest container terminal operators, ICTSI also has operations in Brazil, Papua New Guinea, China, Indonesia, Ecuador, Poland, Georgia, Madagascar, Croatia, Honduras, Mexico, Iraq, Argentina, Democratic Republic Congo, Colombia, Australia, Cameroon and Nigeria. — Jon Viktor D.
