Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz appoints Chris Pesigan as president and CEO

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP) on Wednesday announced the appointment of Ramon Christian Pesigan as its new president and chief executive officer, succeeding Gareth McGeown, who will move to a regional leadership position.

Pesigan’s appointment is effective January 2026. He served as commercial vice president for over two years. He started with CCEP in 2013, serving as commercial go-to-market director and general trade director.

“It is an honor to lead Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines at such a transformative and exciting time. My passion for our purpose has never been greater, and with 9,000 empowered associations who remain our greatest strength, we are more driven than ever to deliver sustainable growth for our people, customers, and communities,” he said in a statement.

Meanwhile, McGeown will step up as vice president and general manager for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ (CCEP) Australia, Pacific, and Southeast Asia business unit.

“Over the past years, I’ve had the privilege of leading CCEAP’s growth and witnessing the commitment of our teams who propelled us to greater success. Chris’ appointment is a testament to the strong foundation that we’ve built, and I’m confident that he will build on the momentum as we continue our mission of refreshing the Philippines together,” McGeown said.
