Dubai’s DAMAC pitches properties to Filipino investors
Dubai-based luxury real estate developer DAMAC Properties is showcased its offerings to Filipino investors amid its plan to lure international buyers seeking exposure in the emirate’s residential property market.
In a news release, international real estate brokerage ERA Philippines said it was tapped by DAMAC Properties to hold the latter’s Dubai Property Showcase in Manila.
ERA Philippines was launched in 2024 through a partnership between Singapore-based APAC Realty Ltd. and Upper Room Realty, Inc. It said DAMAC’s property showcase saw growing appetite among Filipino investors for offshore asset diversification.
Moreover, the showcase featured a selection of developments such as prime urban residences, master-planned resort-style communities, waterfront developments, and branded residential offerings.
“We observed a strong interest among Filipino investors in exploring opportunities beyond the local market, particularly as they become more deliberate about diversification,” said Jemariz Austria, director of marketing and PR of ERA Philippines.
“Our role is to bridge that gap by making international real estate more accessible, informed, and approachable. Through our partnership with DAMAC Properties, we were able to bring global developments directly to Filipino investors, providing them with clarity, proper guidance, and confidence to assess markets like Dubai,” said Austria.
DAMAC Properties, established in 2002, is a major real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates with a portfolio that includes luxury residential towers, branded residences, hospitality projects, and master-planned communities.
DAMAC has a presence across 15 cities, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Canada, the Maldives, the United States, and the United Kingdom. — Ted Cordero/BM, GMA Integrated News
