PAL rolls out promo fares for Manila-Chicago route starting November 2026
Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) on Thursday announced special introductory fares for its nonstop Manila-Chicago flights, set to start on November 9, 2026 to mark the company’s eighth destination across the United States and its territories.
In an advisory, PAL said roundtrip economy base fares for the route – which will use the Airbus A350-900 – will be available at $667 for bookings made from April 16 to May 31, 2026.
The service will operate three times a week or every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, departing Manila in the afternoon and arriving at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport in afternoon local time.
Return flights will operate on the same days, departing in the evening and arriving in Manila early morning.
“Chicago is considered one of the premier hubs in the United States, and our entry into this vibrant city will provide direct connectivity to the Midwest,” PAL president Richard Nuttall said in an emailed statement.
“At the same time, serving the Chicago-Manila corridor will create vital links to key regional destinations and major Philippine domestic markets through our Manila hub,” he added.
PAL is also set to increase the frequency of its Manila-Los Angeles flights to 18 per week from 14 previously starting June 1, and Manila-Seattle flights to six weekly for the months of June and July.
The carrier last month said it has secured enough jet fuel to sustain its operations for the foreseeable future amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. — JMA, GMA News
