SMDC lines up four condo projects

Seeking to be among the country’s top property companies, SM Development Corp., the real estate developer arm of the SM group, on Thursday said it has lined up four new residential condominium projects in Metro Manila and Tagaytay City. Lined up for development are the Jazz Residences near Jupiter Road in Makati City, Sun Residences right beside the Welcome Rotunda, the Light Residences near Pioneer St. in Mandaluyong and the Wind Residences in Tagaytay City. “Our four new offerings affirm SMDC’s vision of becoming one of the leading residential developers in the country," Roger R. Cabuñag, SMDC president said, in a statement. “We will end this year with a menu of 12 different offerings for our clients who may choose their homes from the best locations in the Metropolis, plus a special offering in scenic Tagaytay," Cabuñag added. Jazz Residences will occupy about 25,000 square meters of land in Metropolitan Avenue, which interconnects with Jupiter Road near the central business district of Makati City. A total of four towers will rise on a five-storey podium and will be done in four phases. Each 41-storey tower will have an estimated 1,228 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. To be located at España Boulevard, Sun Residences, will occupy a land area of about 11,832 square meters. The project will have two towers with 43 storeys each. Each tower will have a total of 1,992 units for sale. The third new project, Light Residences is located at the corner of EDSA and Madison Street in Mandaluyong City,. Light Residences will have three towers. Meanwhile Wind Residences will be located along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway in Tagaytay City and will occupy 15.45 hectares of land.. Wind will have 10 towers with 20 storeys each Each tower will offer some 702 units for sale. -
