Waterfront wins contract to manage G Hotel
Waterfront Philippines Inc. said Friday it has signed a contract to lease and manage G Hotel Manila, a boutique hotel on Roxas Boulevard, Manila. The 50-room hotel is owned by architect Gerry Contreras. In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Waterfront said G Hotel will open to the public on November 16. Waterfront Philippines is the country's largest Filipino-owned and managed first-class hotel chain. It operates the Manila Pavilion Hotel and Casino located in Manila and the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino and the Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino Mactan. It also manages the Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao. Cumulatively, the company operates close to 1,550 rooms, employs 1560 employees, and has over 41,300 square meters of convention and gaming space.
