Independent LPG dealers to roll back prices early Saturday

Independent dealers of liquefied petroleum gas will roll back prices of their products effective 12:01 a.m. on Saturday. The LPG Marketers Association (LPGMA) said the rollback will be P1.50 per kilo or P16.50 for every 11-kg tank, radio dzBB reported Friday noon. With the rollback, 11-kg LPG tanks sold by LPGMA dealers may sell between P640 and P670 starting December 1, the report said. On Friday, prices of LPG products sold by Petron and Solane were rolled back. Petron said this was due to the decrease in international contract prices for December. Petron said it was rolling back prices of its Gasul and Fiesta Gas by P1.65 per kilo, or P18.15 per 11-kg tank. It also rolled back prices of its Xtend Auto LPG by P1.03 per liter. Solane similarly rolled back effective 12:01 a.m. its cooking gas by P1.50 per kilo or P16.50 per 11-kg tank.
