Aiming to double its revenues to $25 billion and create 1.3 million jobs by 2016, the IT-BPO industry has pinpointed high-growth areas such as finance and accounting, creative services, health services, human resources, IT outsourcing, engineering and multilingual BPO. — BM, GMA News
