LPG prices rise in response to world market prices
The prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) went up on Saturday in response to world market price movements, according to a report on Super Radyo dzBB.
The LPG Marketers Association said the price of LPG will increase by P1.98 per kilogram, or P22 per 11-kg cylinder tank.
Petron Corporation, in a tweet on Friday, said it will increase the prices of its LPG products by P1.95 per kg effective 12:01 a.m. Saturday.
It added that prices of AutoLPG will also rise by P1.10 per liter effective 12:01 a.m. Saturday.
PRICE ADVISORY: Petron will implement a P1.95/KG increase in LPG prices effective 12:01 am, September 1. AutoLPG prices will likewise increase by P1.10/li at the same time. These reflect the international contract price of LPG for the month of September. Thank you.
