The members of the joint panel signed and adopted the report during a meeting held at the Manila Polo Club in Makati City.
During the meeting, House appropriations committee chair Rep. Isidro Ungab said they finalized the bicam report on Tuesday evening.
“Day and night we met. It was a long, two-week hard work and last night we finally finalized the bicam report,” he said.
“Since most of the members signed it already I consider it adopted.”
