The Bureau of Customs-Ninoy Aquino International Airport (BOC-NAIA) collected P4.496 billion in revenues in July, exceeding its target by P36 million.
In a statement, the BOC-NAIA said its collection surpassed the P4.460-billion target by P36 million, or 0.8%.
Year-on-year, BOC-NAIA’s collection increased by 10.39% from its July 2025 figure.
The BOC earlier said it would implement various measures to strengthen the monitoring and disposition of seized, forfeited and abandoned goods.
Among the measures being considered is the development of a real-time monitoring dashboard for items under customs custody to track their status and movement.
The bureau will also install additional CCTV cameras and deploy more personnel in identified storage and holding areas.
